1. About DFTP-AAM

Tianjin Dongjiang Aircraft Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DFTP-AAM") is a platform-based enterprise funded by Tianjin Dongjiang Port-Industry-City Investment Group Co., Ltd. (DFTP-PICI) and established by Tianjin Dongjiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Administrative Committee in order to fulfill the mission of industrial development and promote the upgrading and development of China's aircraft leasing industry. It provides one-stop and comprehensive services for aircraft leasing, trading and asset management throughout the whole lifecycle.

2. Main Business of DFTP-AAM

The company's business mainly consists of three sections, including SPV full life cycle management, aircraft asset management and aircraft trading services. Among them, SPV full life cycle management covers business registration, customs declaration, tax services, invoice issuance, agent bookkeeping, and SPV write-off at the end of the leasing term. Aircraft asset management services include aircraft leasing contract management, air rights registration, aircraft registration transfer, aircraft redelivery inspection, aircraft maintenance, sustainable airworthiness management, aircraft value assessment, passenger-to-freighter conversion, and aircraft re-disposal. Aircraft transaction services include aircraft transaction promotion, delivery supervision, agent import and export, shareholding entrustment, transaction compliance management (transaction entry arrangement), and subleasing.

Up to now, the company has cumulatively hosted nearly 2,000 SPVs of various types, served more than 500 transactions of aircraft asset packages, and provided 550 aircraft with technical services such as annual inspection or redelivery inspection. It has assisted 32 aircrafts to complete redelivery + re-disposal and 4 aircrafts to complete passenger-to-freighter + re-leasing business.

The company's customers include almost all domestic Chinese aircraft leasing companies, such as ICBC Leasing, CDB Leasing, BOCOM Leasing, BOC Leasing, AVIC International Leasing, CALC, etc., as well as global leading foreign aircraft leasing companies, such as Aercap, AVOLON, SMBC, BOCA, Standard Chartered, etc. The Company's airline customers include domestic mainstream passenger and cargo airlines such as Air China, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, SF Airlines, China Postal Airlines, and JD Airlines, as well as airlines from more than 10 countries along the Belt and Road route, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Georgia, and Pakistan, UAE etc.
